I’ve been informed by Native Woodlands that I’ve been chosen as their exclusive “in-house” carver.
Native Woodlands own and manage several sites around the UK specially set aside for green funerals. They prefer not to use the term headstones but I have worked on a couple of projects with them now for stone markers for graves at my local natural burial ground next to the River Spey, Delliefure. The stones are laid flat on the ground so as to not detract from the natural beauty of the site.
I’m also in discussion with the company about producing memorial walls, paths, stepping stones, memorial boards and carved seating.
